Nano--
a) A prefix meaning 1*10^-9.
b) A term commonly referring to really small things (more specifically from 'nanometer', on the order of 1*10^-9 meters or about 10 atoms wide!)
--Tech--
a) A portion of the word 'Technology' frequently referring to high technology and bleeding edge technology. Very Exciting!
--tual Property--
a) A portion of the word/phrase 'Intellectual Property', the study of Patents and value created from the mind. Patents in the U.S. can be obtained for "...anything under the Sun made by man..." including really small 'stuff' for lack of a better word!
String them all together and you get "Nanotechtual Property", a completely arbitrary term that is associated with the service of providing Intellectual Property legal and management services for technologies associated with inventions within a couple orders of magnitude of 1*10^-9 meters! It is also associated with goods (such as "inventors kits" or "Nanotech IP for Dummies type books") and other affiliated services.
